This year the National Day of Volunteering takes place on 1st October 2010 and we would love to see everyone getting involved. If you are a voluntary or community group why not reach out to your community and organise a volunteering event in which everyone can get involved. If you are a business why not look take a look at your community and see where you can volunteer for a day, or give your employees time to volunteer on a project of your choice. The County Wicklow Volunteer Centre has three part-time offices located in Bray, Arklow and Wicklow. Opening hours for offices are as follows: Bray - 01 2040885 - Mon-Wed inclusive - 9.00 am to 4.45 pm and Thurs-Friday - 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
